  After searching for a home church for 3.5 years after moving to Denver from Raleigh, we have found our home church-- Greenwood Community Church. If you like good bible teachings, friendly, supportive people, down to earth, ready to help staff, give this church a try.

  This is my parents home church, they brought me here almost every week, and to be honest, I hated it. It was the dreaded Sunday activity. And then the summer between 7th and 8th grade came around and one of the middle school interns came and said that he was into Board games. Not like clue or sorry but in depth games like Terra Mystica and Dead of winter. He made me want to come. I started getting involved and this church has some of the most welcoming people here. I went on the Retreats with the youth group and eventually went with them to down to Navajo. That was the best week of my life (and yes, the Intern came on that trip), not only did we help there but it was great for my own change. This church doesn't work for God, they work with him. I encourage everyone to come and try it out.
